Are you a ‘Summer Sinner’? Looxi Beauty Summer 2018 Eyeshadow Collection

Summer in Texas means HOT! I’m sure there are a ton of benefits of outdoor summertime living here, but I have not experienced them as I try to stay inside as much as possible during June to September. But if I’m going out to brave the heat, I need to look fly doing it.

I’m continually shocked that Looxi keeps releasing all these new shades! I have so many of their shadows now I just can’t help but wonder when the duplicates will start rolling in, but I don’t see any in this collection! ‘Summer Sinner’ includes 11 duochrome and shimmer shades that are so beautiful I was audibly gasping at every swatch. Each shade is priced at $5 and the whole bundle can be purchased for $50 ($5 savings). My immediate favorites are Tipsy and Slurp. The teals are giving me all the feels! These are both gorgeous shimmers that remind me of the clear ocean water. My favorite duochrome of the bunch is Walk of Shame. The white-shift-purple is so beautiful and it looks really gorgeous on brown skin when it’s blended out so you can really see the purple. If we are talking favs, we’ve got to talk about the flops too. There was only one for me in this collection and it stands out against the other smooth swatches and that’s Trippin’. It swatched very patchy on my skin. It shifts a light purple and, especially next to Walk of Shame, you can see if comes across a little too light on my tanned skin.
